Biographical Notes
George Frederick Hulme enlisted with the 4th Reinforcements of the Auckland Infantry Regiment which left New Zealand on 17 April 1915 and arrived in Suez on 25 May 1915. Following his time in Egypt, Hulme went on to serve at Gallipoli and Western Europe. He was killed in action in France on 22 June 1917, aged 23.
