Biographical Notes
  • Ned and Katina married on 3 October 1945 in Sklovopoula where they first met in 1941 following the Battle of Crete. They returned to New Zealand late in 1945. They farmed at Wekaweka from 1946-1955. They moved to Wellington and established the Cafe Crete in Trentham.
